It had been a long time now and she knew it. Tarrant had once upon a time come back and then, he had left again. It seemed though as rumor had it, that the great stallion was back again. Would he even still remember her? The grey tovero hadn't a clue but, she had to try right? She had to be with someone whom was familiar, it was the only way she could be happy. It wasn't right that she be destined to a lonely heart, it wasn't right at all. So, Ferrari set out to find him. She tracked his scent and it led to somewhere cooler than she was used to. This was not the shore, this was not the home that she remembered. It was where he was though and that spoke volumes for her.
Sighing quietly, the painted mare slowly made her way into his homeland. It was not his now though. Again; Tarrant seemed to have gone away. Why had she believed this time would have been any differentthan before? Shaking her sculpted head, the mare shifted her weight and moved further into the Inlet. It was different again, strange. The stallion was not known to her but, she was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt here. Ferrari was going to meet him and she really didn't have anywhere else to be. It wasn't like she had family here anymore, a life to catch up on. She only had her place here with whom she thought had returned for good. It wasn't meant to be though.
Life would go on as it always did, Ferrari would stick around and get to know this herd. It was all she had really, she could handle making new friends. Nickering softly but clear into the air, she searched for Solgar. Where was the new stallion? Surely he would want to meet the inhabitants of the Inlet right? How would he react to her? She wasn't sure but, one could hope for the best of any situation right? It wasn't like she was here to harm him or anyone else. No, she was searching for a place to belong and perhaps, his herd was just that place. It couldn't hurt to find out and see. Replies:
