GOVERNOR

When the stranger appears, it makes Governor uneasy. There was something different with her. A different vibe and her words only fueled the distrust and dislike he begins to feel towards her. He doesn't say anything, but listens and watches. Her words stung and it becomes clear the two mares don't know each other. Inside he was laughing at the fact that she thought he was big enough to be 'her stallion'. In the darkness, you ca be anything and anyone.

This was something he would never forget. It imprints itself deep inside his brain, where it will fester into something dark.

For now, the commotion was getting to be too much for him. The mares were having a war of words, and Governor watches as his white and dark companion protects him. He wouldn't say it out loud, but he was grateful she was talking for him. He was grateful that she was staying by his side. Why she continued to do it was long gone from his thoughts. He didn't even think about it anymore; he just .. liked her, for some reason. He felt like he has known her for a long time, which was impossible. Maybe it was just the loneliness? Maybe it was just the cold getting to him?

This new mare was a different story. Governor's ears are pinned back. Partly in annoyance from some bird up in the treeline that wouldn't shut up, and partly because he was upset by the bald faced woman's words. 'Id rather not have his carcass rotting in such a pretty spot.' Out of everything she said, it was that sentence that stuck out. Just to piss her off, I'll die right here. He fails to recall anything else she said. Though she clearly did mean well and was helping, it didn't make that kind of impression on him. He stares at her, cold and with a gaze that could kill - if it were possible.

With so many women around, Governor fails to realize he is in a stallion's territory. He was trespassing and though this mare was terrible, what could happen when her stallion finally did arrive could not be compared. " Thank you, but I'm not dead yet. Don't worry though, if it does happen, I'll try not to make too much of a mess. " He says, sarcastically. Now go. You heard her, leave us, you hag. He continues to give her his death stare, trying to express what he was thinking without actually saying it out loud.

Which was a good thing, since there was someone hiding in the trees.
