It was no surprise to Kieron to watch the children dart from hiding, to crowd around the mare. though it was a different context to see the young colt act as he did. but soon the lead stallion understood the situation as he caught a glimpse of the colt's blind side. the steed sighed heavily as decisions would definitely have to be made. and as he listened to fayte words, about addressing these issues in private, he quite agreed. he was even more relieved when she mentioned the following evening as a time. he was pretty drawn for energy at the moment, to talk about the futures of the mare's children and he knew better than to push that subject.
"Fayte, that sounds like a good idea. i will meet you back here tomorrow night. and welcome to the herd."
He couldn't help but look the foals over one last time. The filly was pretty, but straight forward to pick on her brother. but on the other hand, the colt could use help maturing into a proper stallion. there seemed to be a role swap between the filly and the colt. he knew it was hard on a mare to provide a colt with the proper environment for that upbringing.
There were a lot of things that needed to be addressed the coming night, so the thought of sleep overcame him, otherwise it would be a long day tomorrow.
