Winter steadied her grooming to just laying her head on his shoulders with a sigh. Now that she had said most of it aloud some of her uneasiness had abandoned her but the thoughts circling her cranium wouldn’t let her have peace. Maybe I should go have a bit of a wander till the leaves have all dropped off. Then these silly ideas of having a foal before she gets to old would go away. Her ears flicked back in annoyance as her warm headrest moved away, Just when she was beginning to feel warm, she shot him a glare. Stepping away from him to stand under the boughs of a nearby tree facing the herd, Winter mumbled something to him about not being sure. “I don’t know what I want yet, I think im getting old.” She shifted her stance to relax down onto a cocked hoof. “I think this nonsense is just all hormones, I don’t particularly like foals anyways.” A frown sets deep in her face, like her whole frame is frowning. That’s a lie and you know it, you loved your foal while it was still a sperm cell.

She snorts and rolls her eyes at him. “What a dumb question. Of course you have a choice! Its not like ill take you to some desolate place and have my way with you” She laughed at the idea, she could just imagine the look on the stallions face if she had attempted such an outlandish thing. She cocked an eyebrow and jolted toward him and pressed her nose to his neck. “Maybe that is something I ought to do, what say you?” The golden mare laughed and nipped him. “You know if your reluctant to spread your oats I could always find another stallion to satisfy my needs. Would you mind that very much?” Laughter danced behind her eyes as a sly grin seeped onto her lightly pink lips hidden behind her breath cloud.
