After speaking with Kieron, Cavier knew his position here in the forest, knew what his duty was to be as he grew older and older. He was finally starting to get the point of being a stallion. Huffing quietly against cool winds, his eye looked over the clearing where his mother and younger sister would be. His eyes landed on Fayte's sleeping form, but something was missing and he narrowed his eyes. Pleiades was missing.
That did not sit well with the champagne boy, and he quickly turned on his heels, branches scratching and clawing at his spotted hide. He'd find the small girl and bring her back, if not mama fayte would be very angry. God forbid any sneaky stallion try to steal his innocent sister. He liked her the way she was and he planned to keep her that way. If he had to chase off anyone or anything in the process, then so be it.
He picked up on her scent immediately, glad she had not gotten to far ahead of him. It made searching for her a lot easier. His one eyes caught her spots easily against their dark surroundings, and he merely watched her for a while until deciding to intrude upon the girls adventure. He signaled his approach with a nicker, and his legs pushed him into a high stepping trot, his tail flagged out behind him like a banner. He'd do anything to show up his ballerina sister, and perhaps make her laugh.
"Naughty naughty," his smooth voice scolded. Perhaps if she'd been another female, who wasn't his sister, his voice would make her swoon. He was growing to be a charmer. He came around to the front of her, and turned, blocking her path. His right eye stared at her for a moment before he broke into a laugh. "Thought you could sneak away little sis?"
