Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

As Sulan dropped the fat corpse in front of her, Dusk couldn't hold back the hunger that had been gnawing at her stomach any longer. The scent of blood and fresh meat smacked her across the face and she didn't hesitate to dig into the body. The meat was good and tender and as she ate, she couldn't help but notice Sulan just standing there like the gentle god he was with a kind smile. He had hunted for her, given her a beautiful den, and what had she done for him? Dusk swallowed the mouthful of meat and gazed up at her mate. Dusk was about to say something, but he spoke first, tell her just what she needed to hear. Her broken heart was healed save for the small hole that would always be with her sons.

Sulan then lay beside Dusk, his fur blending with her own and a deep sigh left her mouth that had been held in for too long. Eyes closed and for a moment, there was nothing but Sulan. Two hearts beat as one in the silence of the cave. Two lovers together in their own little world. Then there was a song. Dusk's eyes snapped open as Sulan's beautiful voice called out in a song. She gasped as his voice ran aloud and clear like a sliver bell in the cave. Shivers ran up Dusk's spine and her fur stood on end. Words could not describe the feelings that surrounded the two wolves as they shared this moment together. Unable to hold back, Dusk lifted her muzzle and joined in the song.

Her voice matched up with Sulan's perfectly. They harmonized together and sang their love to the world, to the moon, and to the stars. Finally, it ended, but the moment would last forever. The notes faded into the darkness Dusk looked at her mate with one of her famous smiles. "Oh, Sulan, you have such a beautiful voice. Why didn't you tell me you could sing like that?" Then she leaned against him as the moon cast a sliver glow on the pair and she sighed again. Thank you! Thank you for everything. I love you so much. Stay with me forever."
