Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

I sit on my pretty black paws. I sit and I stare at the boy before me. My gaze was impenetrable, so golden and yet so hazed. I am able to hold my stare forever, I enjoy looking at things. I enjoy taking in the intricacies of his face, of his fur and of his eyes. Yes, he does have nice eyes. I have never seen eyes with such a color before, but they do not appeal to my change. I do not wish to grow those eyes myself for my own eyes but as I sit and look at my boy of death my imagination begins to flow. I can see myself with the break of a raven, black and sleek replacing my muzzle...though I do like fangs, yes I would still have fangs, fangs within my long lovely beak. I imagine on my shoulder of dark fur, glistening red eyes, many of them decorating down my limbs. Yes, his red eyes may come to a use sometime, even if I don't want them for my current eyes. He was sitting pretty still too...but they never sit still enough.

He speaks again but my attention was already dead set on him. Yes, I enjoyed looking at the dead female next to us but she is dead, she is not going anywhere. I had to get the best look that I could. His words come to my ears and I rather enjoy his voice. A strange feeling is coming over me, I am not quite sure what it is. I am so taken with his ease of killing of her...I am feeling the urge to follow him around. I want to learn how he works, how he operates, he will teach me how to kill so I can get what I want. I am drawn to him and I am not completely sure how to deal with it. I do not like others, not really. They are just sorta there, I never feel drawn to them to learn from them, I am only drawn for their features but he was different. He had both of these things. Daemon is his name. My Daemon.

I am surprised to hear he does not have a mother. I wonder how that could be, I was told all have mothers. He was born and given life, how does he not have a mother. My nose wrinkles slightly as I think about it on my pretty off white face...pretty but static, touched with dirt. I must ask my Daemon about the things he just said. I need to understand, this information might be valuable to cause, to my destiny to morph and charge.

"How does one have no mother? Can you teach me how you came to be, Daemon?" I said, my voice showing curiosity but only slightly. There was a slight emphasis on his name when I said it, for I actually wanted to remember his name. This Daemon was different from the others...yes he was different. I begin to stare at his eyes more, I burn into them with my own. My face is usually blank, emotionless but I begin to crack a tiny smile.

"Her eyes I have not seen, and your eyes I have not either," I said, lifting to my black paws and taking a step forward. I tilt my head, my fur gently falling to one side in my bird like manner.

"I like your eyes Daemon, yes I do. I wish to look at them closer...but I do not wish you dead like she...no..." I said taking another step forward. It was obvious that I wished only for a better look. I had no attack readied in my muscles, no malice in my eyes, only that innocent curiosity.
