GUIDELINES

- the Prairie stands as a symbol of peace and prosperity among the islands
- anyone is welcome to live here so long as they do not bring harm to the Prairie or any of it's residents
- adventure and exploration is not only allowed, but encouraged! residents are asked to use their better judgement and not travel to places that could bring them harm
- the head of the prairie has final say in all prairie matters. the secondary and third positions are not able to be challenged for and are selected by the head
- the guardians take on a more active role in the prairie; they must protect the inhabitants of the prairie and go on patrols of the prairie borderlines and shore. they can welcome strangers to the prairie and invite anyone to live here, though they must inform one of the leaders of any newcomers or visitors

BescheaGrai should have felt fear or shame for wandering into another stallion's land. But he had been in the Dunes without example for too long. Therefore, he didn't even realize that this was a bad habit and probably should be avoided. But, he knew enough about agression to recognize that this horse approaching him was not angry. There was a small breath that was expelled Grai didn't realize he'd been holding.

As the older stallion approached, Grai stood a bit taller. He felt like he should not look like something the Sea had just coughed up. Though, his tussled mane did a bad job at conveying any other message. The other male comes up and adresses him.

"Uh... not to my knowledge," Grai said. He looked at Boomslang. "I don't know a Pantera. I..." He was about to say he was from the Dunes. But he wasn't visiting. "I just left the Dunes... nice place." He offered a friendly smile.

"I'm Grai," He added, keeping his voice light. Grai, of course, was a little shy about customs. His mother was no example and he didn't have much interaction besides her. So, he was a little rough around the edges.
