The Rules
  • There will be no fraternizing with enemies. If you put yourself knowingly in danger, don't expect a rescue.
  • We are only as strong as our weakest link. See to it that you are getting stronger in some skill that is useful, whether it is battling, recruiting, charming, etc.
  • The King and Queen have final say in all matters.
Some say in ice. Gladiator & Any

A new home is nothing without formed alliances, alliances that can be there to help protect and shelter those that are weak. Disasters rarely strike when it is best for the herd, as it is rare for horses to remain strong every day throughout their entire life. Days will come and go when bones and muscles strain to walk through the day, much less run for one's life without some sort of strained injury. Even worse if there is a sickness that circulates through the herd, much less the entire island. So, it it with this knowledge that Onisha decides that he must immediately set off towards the closest territory to his own. Rumor has it, that this territory just recently acquired a new Lord, as well. Silently, Onisha hopes this mutual sense of beginning will work in favor for not only himself but for the new lord of the Desert, as well. Onisha does quite enjoy playing his cards right, often praised for having some sort of skill in it when he was but a mere third stallion in an old homeland he had just recently left. Yet, today he is a Leader, the General of his own herd and that means his card play will be different, and much more difficult if he screws things up. There are plenty with tricks up their sleeve, something Onisha has to get used to if he wants to survive as the heading stallion of the Hills. One can only hope Gladiator isn't the type to be a trickster.

It doesn't take very long for the Gypsy-bred stallion to reach the boundry-line of his own home, his scent still fresh and strong along the outskirts. It has not been touched, and this puts Onisha at ease to leave for just a brief moment as he steps over onto the unowned paths that cut between the territories, and this is where he is more then willing to stay out of respect... and out of concern for his own painted hide. Trespassing, he is sure, with good intentions will still get him absolutely nowhere. Many can be very touchy about their territory lines, while others can be more leniant about it, Onisha doesn't feel like finding out this stallion's preference by possibly provoking him. So, with his territory just feet behind him, and the Desert line just in front, Onisha lifts his head upwards and lets out a long and relaxed call out for the new Leader. He doesn't restrict it, though, if others wish to approach he'd be more then happy to entertain them, or try and prove he's not a threat, at the very least. Onisha is not sure what he should expect, as he knows how he'd react but this stallion isn't Onisha and Onisha is fully aware of this.

The Desert, just by smell alone, seems to be a very small herd though still seemingly bigger then his barren wasteland of the Hills. A few lingering stallion scents, which ones are still around, he's not entirely sure, as well as, a couple mares. Again, he's not sure which scents still live within the territory and which have long since passed either by death or straight up leaving. The scents are plentiful enough around the border that keeps Onisha fairly entertained as he waits.
