I handed in my final year dissertation today, which means I have TIME again! I still have one assignment left to do for uni so I'm not completely 100% back yet, but I'll certainly be able to give this place more attention than I have done for the past month or so.
In celebration of my finishing my dissertation, everyone may claim 1x Sacred Ibis on the updates board! Sacred Ibises can be kept as pets for your characters, or you can mummify them and offer them to the gods. Or, you know, just sell them to the Collector for a tidy amount (500$ at the moment, but Collector values go up over time ;]).
If for whatever reason anyone is interested in Egyptology/Egyptian religion and actually WANTS to read my dissertation, let me know and I'm happy to send it to you. The title is 'A Study of a Wooden Ibis: Artefact W1048 at the Swansea University Egypt Centre, Swansea, Wales' and it's basically all about Sacred Ibises and the god Thoth (the Egyptian one, not the Shamanite one).
Okay, moving on from diss.
On the which-would-you-like-a-revamp-of-first poll, the majority voted for exploration, so we'll be starting work on that at some point soonish. Quil and Merl are both still really busy with school, so we won't be doing any serious Omniety/version 10 planning until after they're done with work, but I might be able to knock up an exploration revamp first draft on my own. I need to check with the other two when they're done, but you can expect Omniety around May/June sometime - more likely end of May or June. There will be lots going on this summer, so just hang in there while we all finish up with our work xD
Totally just remembered - COTY! Congrats to Graeling, our new Character of the Year, and his player, Dema. :) Graeling may claim +1 coin on the updates board.
