Passing of Tommy Duncan

The below information was received from Jim Sigmon.

Sad to say I got a call today that Tommy Duncan, retired TPD detective (vice morals and gambling mostly} passed as the result of a heart attack yesterday. I worked with him at Rooms to Go in internal security for 10 years and got the call from our old director. No arrangements yet but should be in paper in day or so.
