For anyone thinking of doing the Brookvale Ultra in August, and want to learn what the trails are like or to refresh your memory, I will be running the 25k race loop on Sunday morning at 8:30am leaving from the Nordic Center. If you are not up for 25k, there are lots of opportunities to drop of early and make it a shorter run.
