Welcome, fair stranger, to the City of Masks. The year is 2050 and our world has seen such strange, rapid change that we could never look back. Sometimes it's hard to recall just what life was like fifty years ago. While our world has changed little to the eye, what we know has turned it inside out.

We live in a time when the night is as bustling with life as the day, and where the day is as plagued with trouble as the night. Among the humans coming and going, living and dying, there are still others who walk with them in the loveliest disguises. The World Union, powerful and ever watchful, is looking for them, yet have had a most difficult time finding these “Inhumans.” The tracers, skilled and weathered military killers, are living like common civilians in society without word from the World Union; they float in the sea of millions, forced to remain low.

The secret society of vampires clans and ancient bloodlines thrives. Like mafia gods, they control territories and even run money-earning establishments in the privatized world, right under the nose of the “powerful” World Union. But who fills these vampire clans and keeps them operating? Who would enter their world, knowing (or perhaps unknowing) they could never look back? Is the deal worth it?

Protection, luxury, and more, in turn for blood and loyalty. This is Masquerade City.


Masquerade City is a roleplay which is predominantly human characters along with some supernatural creatures. It is rated M, so please only join if you are of age. With an amazing plot, an inspiring, welcoming community and a dedicated Admin it seems positivily silly not to join!
