When the world was young and magic plentiful, five unique beasts left their home territories to found one of their own. Together they settled a lush, beautiful valley that they called Fidelis, and for many years peace reigned supreme. But time tore them apart, made mountains out of the molehills that were their differences, and the Swarm, the troublemaker of the five, meddled and pushed until war was the only option. What followed were three hundred and fifty five brutal, bloody years as the Gods and their followers waged a brutal, pointless war against one another.
When finally the bloodlust faded, when two bright young canines were destroyed and the Gods saw, at last, what they had done to their followers, a treaty was made. It has been ten years since this treaty was created, and a wary peace has fallen. But how long can it last, with each Cult being so very different from each other?
Site Features include:- Semi-realistic setting (Earth) and realistic breeds (wolves and dogs).
- Six Cults, five following a particular deity and the sixth, the Heretic Cult, that follows no God.
- Each deity resembles a specific animal and offer physical alterations to their followers that are based off of their animals. The six (NPC) deities are The Reptile Queen, The River Tyrant, The Great Hunter, The Winged Mother, and The Swarm. The Heretics also receive unique alterations.
- Loads of plot and character building potential. Each deity has a different set of ideals that characters can either go with or against, and these different ideals can open up all kinds of dramatic interactions between Cults!
- No points system. Characters earn Ranks, which grant them additional alterations and items, by posting in character and participating in Quests, Events, and Encounters! Customize your character however you wish!
- No "powers" aside from the alterations. However, if desired, you can earn special items that can grant temporary abilities!
- We offer both monitored or unmonitored breeding. Generate puppy stats yourself or have an admin do it for you!
- Form a Clan and rule it however you wish! Follow the ideals set down by your God or make your own path.
- Submit your own ideas and leave your mark on the game! The owner is always willing to sit down with the players and discuss ways to get what they want or need for characters.
