Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

The Devil's got a rifle on my front porch

Was she surprised or not by the lack of company? It was baffling! She should have been flocked with others who wanted to bask in not only her beauty but her intelligence - oh, they were all fools! But perhaps they were just nervous, too much so to approach her... yes, that had to be it. Bah, it didn't matter. Give her time and she would outshine them all and they'd all have to come see her regardless of their nervousness - she was going to be Queen of Moladion, after all! Father said so, and mother, well, she didn't say so but her silence most definitely meant yes (as it did most times, tehe.) Anyway, if she couldn't find somebody to play with, she'd just go find Maradona or Octavia. Her sisters were just as exceptional company, after all.

She'd been close to leaving, to bounding back in graceful defeat to fetch her sisters but somebody else popped up in front of her - he was all white, with super weird eyes that she found herself staring into with envy. She wanted eyes like that - or maybe just one like that. When he spoke, she remained ever watchful and ever silent before she leapt down from her rock, officially going even further out bounds. It took her but a moment to straighten herself up, shaking out her pelt and raising her tail as if she were Queen already.

"No, I'm from here. This is my crater - what is Iromar? Do I want to know?"

She stepped forward, her eyes eager with desire for knowledge and perhaps the very land itself. Iromar - the word was familiar, wasn't it? Father had spoken of it, though it'd never been a very kind saying word. He said annoying wolves lived there - lived? Live? She couldn't remember. Maybe they'd all left, or maybe she'd found herself one of them. Did he know her? She scoffed, interjecting before he could get a word in, pouncing forward till she was but a foot or so from him, trying to size herself up as she would her siblings. She was a proud little thing - chest puffed out slightly, tail arched and waving slowly and lips tugged back into a devilish smirk. Cocky, perhaps, but better she start as such then to be a cowering mess, right? Besides, she was in the company of a boy! If boys were like her father, it meant she could get things from him, right? The only other boy she had met was Osiris - he was technically her cousin, a fact her father had never kept from them, but she was expected to treat him as a sibling. Sigh. Did she have to treat this one like a brother?

"Do you know me? Shouldn't you be able to tell me that, Istas?"

With a flick of her ears, she began to move around him in a circle, sniffing wearily at him before grimacing a little - phew, he smelt! Was that Iromar's smell? Puh-lease! Her father had never said it was full of stinky wolves - maybe she'd wash him up if she'd let him. Till then, she'd continue to bounce around him, essentially aiming to trap him into either keeping her company or giving her some kind of entertainment. What she wanted, she always got.

"Do you want to know me? I'll let you if you'd like."
