Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

The gruff voice behind her uttering a simple, accent laced hello was enough to ruffle the hairs on the back of her neck. Adina had not expected them to come up so quickly on her. The plan was for her to get a small lead on them to avoid any confrontation that was still quite possible, though Adina would not be the one to start it if it did happen. The white girl was in dangerous, unknown territory. These two could quite possibly be the lone pack of wolves that were fierce and tough that bullied whoever was in their path. However, Adina was not too quick to judge. She mustered up the courage to turn now, her legs shuffling gently to face the pair of males and her ears pinning back in a non-threatening way. The sheer size of both of them took her breath away. The first, scarred heavily on the chest and face, was the first to come into her line of sight. “H-hi.” To the beast, she was simply a Chihuahua with its tail between her legs.

“I didn’t know two of the biggest wolves I’ve seen would be tailing me.” She seemed to smirk, though a slight shake in her voice was present. Until she learned the names and the true intentions of these two, she would be wary of their presence. Though they seemed nice, as they hadn’t attacked her yet, she was still shaken up by the surprise visit.

Those green eyes trailed over the second brute for a second, taking in his huge frame and the scar across his eye. From what she guessed by the matching heights and similar weight (and the striking eyes between the pair of them), they had to have been related. Cousins or brothers, but she guessed brothers. Perhaps if she kept their company, she would be safe to travel outside of the crag and into the safer woodlands to the west. “To whom do I owe the pleasure?” Her words were laced with a charm that even she had never heard escape from her lips before. “I’m Adina.”

As she shuffled in place, her eyes bounced back and forth from one black wolf to the other black wolf. Her small frame would be nothing to them. They could easily tear her in two in they wanted, but the feeling in the air was much different. There was nothing tense between the three, no anger to be felt. Even though the first male that had talked to her seemed a bit to himself, she felt less threatened than at first.

“If you’re here to rough me up a bit, I can take a hit.” She chuckled. She knew good and well that there would be no play fighting to be had between her and the two males. They were double her size and just a small nip would probably snap her leg in half. “Neither of you sound like you’re from around here.”
