Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

The Devil's got a rifle on my front porch

Delya had been much cooler than, say, that Istas boy who she didn't even get to race. No, Delya was actually interesting and had skills and that was truly better than some silly boy with silly eyes. Yes, Cersei had decided that she quite liked the girl and would certainly seek her out again next time she visited... well, here or wherever the girl lived. Maybe it was selfish but she hoped it wasn't in some pack. That'd be a pain to visit because her father had no real intentions on making alliances any time soon. Well, if she lived in a pack like, say, Glorall, that'd be fine because then Cersei could just annoy her all day, every day. That was unlikely though, right? She couldn't just... steal friends and take them home. Right? Right. Well, if she could then she might. A small, sinister smile found its way onto her muzzle from the thought.

"Do you know words in that Irish? My father just speaks normal but he speaks a lot. My mother can't, or won't, I don't know. She hasn't ever said a word, though."

She shrugged it off, never having been bothered by her mother's silence. That was just who her mother was and that had been what made her so wonderful - she didn't need words, never had and maybe never would. She stood atop her stone pillar, swaying slightly, her tail swooping low behind her and head tilted to the right as she contemplated the strange accents, the strange accents. Could she be taught that? She hoped so! She'd always heard stories of the Diveen wolves knowing funny words and she wanted to know all of them! Imagine a world with no language barriers, nothing to stop her! Oh, perhaps she was not swaying but swooning over the thought! With a sudden decision, apparently driven by the joyous thought of herself unstoppable, she leapt once more forward, bridging the distance from rock to rock before landing, slightly more gracefully this time. She laughed, stomping her paws about as if to crush the rock, peering up at Delya with a playful grin.

"Ot...li...cky? Bah! It is tricky! I'll get it one day and it won't be so embarrassing to listen to me mess up your words."

She huffed, following through with a sigh before lowering into a seated position, wrapping her tail over her paws and watching it twitch absently as she listened to her new found... dare she say it? Friend. Gypsies, huh? She perked up in interest at that, her brows raising.

"Does that make you a gypsy too? That means you can go anywhere, right?"

She quivered in excitement, breaking into a toothy grin. Now imagine that! No language barrier and no pack barrier! Oh if she'd ever been secretly jealous, it was then. Delya seemingly had the life she desired, or the skill set and opportunities at least.

"I'm from Glorall. Well, I was born here and only just moved. So I guess I'm a Crags girl at heart!"

She giggled, swatting at the rock below her - this wasn't her home but it was important to remember where one came from. That's what father always said but he never sounded happy about. She didn't know why, she just knew that she liked the Crags and thus, it was right that she was happy!
