aurora borealis- noun plural: An aurora that occurs in northern regions of the earth. Also called northern lights.

In the middle of a dense forest of coniferous trees lies the Aurora Borealis pack, its name coming from its location. At certain times of the year, the northern lights appear, dancing almost magically in the sky. A narrow trail leads you through the close evergreens. Giving into temptation, you begin moving your paws. By venturing into this territory, you are venturing into a land belonging to a pair of feared leaders. You have heard rumors of them...but you decide to take your chances and hope that the tales of blood and death are merely fabricated stories to scare wolves.

You have walked nearly five minutes before you realize the sound of paws stepping somewhere from behind. Deciding that you've made a mistake, you quickly turn around, but find that you cannot go any further. Standing before you is one of the mighty kings you've heard of. His blood red pelt clings over perfectly toned bands of muscle. But that isn't what causes such fear in your veins. One of his amber eyes has a horrid, bleeding scar across it, and his good eye seems to stare right through you. His face is expressionless, giving off none of his intentions. You cower away as his jaws part.

"I'm Hell Demon."

His voice was deep and cut through the air like a hot knife through butter. Right where he left off, another voice picks up from behind you. You whirl around and find yourself facing another male with steely muscles beneath his pelt, which seems to consist of every shade of brown. He had startled you, and you're amazed how you hadn't at all detected his approach.

"And I am Ghost...we're the alphas of Aurora Borealis."

His deep voice was laced thickly with a Native American accent. His own golden eyes are directing a harsh glare your way. Now you're caught in the middle...your breathing has become heavy in your panic and you're not sure which to face.

"You've foolishly trespassed into our territory. You face the one called Hell Demon's whose voice is once more addressing you. Get out, or become a corpse along our border."

It's obvious they mean business. So now it's up to you...take your chances and stay, or heed their warning and waste no time getting out with your life.

The girl smiled as she finished her story. She wasn’t fond of her past, but she felt like if the world wanted to know, then it should. She gazed back to Lelia, smiling as the sun worked its way through the leaves of the trees. “I find it sad that we haven’t spoken to each other as well, but since now we have finally gotten to it; I think a friendship will blossom soon! I also have met few wolves here, maybe most of them, I haven’t counted them all. It is just my priority to have at least several conversations with each wolf in this pack before something else can change the world, which doesn’t leave me much time.” Magic saw the statement turn in the ess’s head. She smiled simply before she replied. ““Well, I’m still trying to meet some more wolves but lately I’ve been spending most of my time with Hellene… have you met her? She tried to teach me how to fish. And I put a great emphasis of the tried.” The vixen laughed at this remark; fishing did take awhile to get used to. “I have had a very small conversation with her, one smaller than I wished. But, I suppose that means I will just have to meet with her again, which I don’t mind in the slightest.”

A small breeze engulfed the vixen as her thought process turned its gears so the girl could be prepared for a conversation. She didn’t want those moments where she couldn’t find anything to say and the awkward silence moved upon them. Lelia spoke again and the Magic flickered her auds. ““Well – it’s not that interesting but I met Kal at Staircase Falls; he told me that he was a part of a pack called Aurora Borealis. Then he explained that because it had no alpha anymore, they were doing an election soon. I hadn’t actually planned on joining a pack and especially not so much but I felt like it was a good opportunity; especially since I already knew someone there. So I obviously joined and yeah – that’s pretty much it. So pretty boring really, I mean I’d love to lie and tell you that I had the most glamorous of entrances but I can’t.”

Magic smiled lightly. She found it interesting that she knew Kalgalath before he became an alpha, which made her think they had a very nice friendship together. Magic herself was just behind him when he needed her help; she didn’t think there was really a huge friendship between the two of them. “Oh, entrances always seem so cliche. Boring ones just add to a better pack life. A big entrance means that wolves know who you are and they think they know part of your past, but the less wolves you see when you enter, the more fun you have trying to get to know everybody.” The vixen smiled. “It is good you are becoming friends with Hellene; she is quite nice. Oh! I hear there is going to be some movement from here and Saw Tooth. Are you thinking of maybe being one of the wolves that travel? I am too, it’s just that I think everyone will want to do this and then we just flip flop territories for awhile. I think it is going to be entertaining to meet pack wolves that don’t necessarily belong to Aurora.”

OOC- It was great!
