Hi Weather and all other interested parties - I happened upon a site this evening that may be of interest to you. Sooo sorry,but I am STILL technically challenged when it comes to computers so in order for you to get to it will be a few steps.It may be of interest to you because although it is not that recent (early 2013)it does appear as if someone has a mountain lion on a trail cam in R.I.It is on an equine site mainly for horse owners.Perhaps you may have already investigated this, I don't know.Anyway...here's the info:Google equinesite.com.Go to site and at the far left of page under RESOURCES: click on BULLETIN BOARD.In center of page click on ENTER THE BULLETIN BOARD.Scroll down to RHODE ISLAND DISCUSSION and click on it.Scroll way down to ARCHIVE THROUGH March 14,2013 and click on it.Scroll to bottom of page to MOUNTAIN LION ATTACKED DOG.That will bring you to an interesting discussion. Apparently the owner of the dog's vet told him the teeth that made the wound were too big to be anything other than a Mountain Lion.Give it a read...interesting. Replies:
