Our review panel has come up with the unanimous opinion that the Spencer cat is indeed a mountain lion. I will try to get some of the enhanced pictures we reviewed posted later today. We did have Bob park a car near where the cat was, and have determined the cat is almost to the top of a car tire high. The other features match what Bob reported. Its not a house cat, and its from Spencer. Great work Bob, and keep looking around.
