I don't see it listed in Massachusetts in any of the Endangered Species act catagories. I'm going to inquire. I think if they are not listed, and especially if listed as "eastern cougar", they need to be listed. Listing as the subspecies "eastern cougar" is meaningless. CT,RI, you should do the same as well as all the other eastern states. Replies: There have been no replies.
