Peace isn’t a permanent state. It exists in moments

ONLY DEATH AND LOVE CHANGE ALL THINGS

His response made Sylvia feel slightly taken back.

The gorgeous nameless man didn’t seem interested in actually showing her around his home but instead conversing with her. From past experience and careful observation what he was doing showed signs that he was lonely. Sylvia wondered if there was anyone else here but the soft spoken man and if not why not. This place was perfect and he seemed to be not half bad so she could not understand why mares wouldn’t want to live here.

His question was a loaded and Sylvia looked away from him.

Why was she really here? His words intrigued Sylvia and how easily he slid right into them. Surely she was looking far too into it and so just meekly smiled at his kind word of her being pretty. ”I was visiting my old home” taking a moment to pause Sylvia had images of Midas from when they met in the meadows being merely two year olds to how they grew up and become adults and parents in the harbor

If they were so good why did they hurt so bad?

That question was something Sylvia could not answer and she doubted she ever would. ”I walked on the beach and ended up here with your handsome face” looking at the man Sylvia breathed out before looking out across the fast valley. ”you’re home reminds me of how mine was” now her voice was barely above a whisper, not really intended for the man to hear but she wouldn’t be rude if he did and asked more questions.

Sylvia moved forward hoping the man would go with her in stride.

If he wanted to converse Sylvia would absolutely love to and get to know him a little more, however she also really wanted to see more of this foreign place and prayed that they could talk and explore together. It was how bonds happened friendly or romantic.
