Everyone knows that gasoline evaporates. Numerous recipes. EPA regulates these recipes. RVP? REID Vapor Pressure test. RVP.

In the winter more butane is added. So less oil is needed to make a gallon. So price is less because the 'make-up difference' is butane. Which is cheaper. Do you know Mr Butane? When summer comes, the butane will be taken out to meet the RVP test the EPA sets. So more oil is needed to make up a gallon etc. Energy tips. Thank you for reading this summary.
