Fairies age at the same rate as humans, so 2 years old would be a toddler. I'm assuming you're probably after something older than that ;)
As per the rules, newly joined characters can have any background, have come from any world, or be from any pre-existing canon - so it's perfectly fine to have Tinkerbell's sister! It'll sure be interesting seeing how Periwinkle adapts to being human-sized and generally a different type of fairy :3
Your first character receives +1 coin for free, which can be traded for a familiar or a power. I'll straight up and change your coin now for the power you want, which I'm just calling 'Frost Protection'. If you want it called something else, just holla on the updates board ;)
