Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

"so where's your pleasure now? it's not so pleasing when you are the one at the end of this misery. oh but it is for me, to sit and watch you bleed. so say your final prayer, but i'll promise you,
god can't show you where to hide

She has returned into the night from the chasm that she had been hiding out in for so long. Her longing for the thrill of another conflict in the dark hours bringing her from her home just outside of Moladion. The dark creature had resided there for quite some time, being missing for nearly a year or two now. She found solace in the solitude and desolation of her escape - the demons did not torture her mind so frequently when she was alone. She felt almost.. normal when she was not in Moladion. And yet she missed the presence of others, whether that may be in the midst of bloodshed or warfare - oh, how she missed the chaos of it all.

Her self-righteous siblings may call her a 'brat' or some other impudent slur, but they are simply viewing from their own blinded eyes. They did not care to seek her out when she was but a child, to speak with her, perhaps try to console her; they let her go. Their lack of concern for her disappearance from Paracon that day had set the tone for the rest of their lives. They had not cared and they never possibly could. The only instant in which she had seen her self-appointed father was when he had showed up to sort out dealings with Judila - that bastard. So she had slowly slipped further and further from her roots, making her own path and claiming a name for herself through her troubles. The young Stella found comfort in her time alone in Judila and it was there that she had found her otherworldly friends, on the day when Jaidah had come to her. She found herself unable to control when or where they appeared, their shadowesque forms moving within the shade of the forest or in the darkness of the night. It was in them that she actually found some sliver of enjoyment; they accepted her and supported everything she had done. They were not so much a bother to her as they had become lately, now they were speaking to her, constantly quarreling and scraping at the inside of her skull, they were nearly unbearable any further. When she had left the confines of Moladion and all of those who inhabited it, they seemed to ease off, their hunger for violence all but disappeared when she was isolated from the world.

But even the most hellish of beasts cannot live a life in complete seclusion and it is upon this night that the gold flecked demon makes her way back into Moladion territory. With each step her friends become more anxious, their voices beginning as a low rumble at first, knowing that they are bound to stumble across someone eventually. She growls, her upper lip lifting in disapproval of their uprising, though they do not listen. They never do. Large charcoal paws step with recklessness through the terrain, she has no fear of detection, she has no one to fear at all. Where it is that she is aiming to go, she is unsure of, though it seems that her interest lies in the lesser traveled crags near the foothills of the mountain. Perhaps it is not even the desire for such chaotic interactions that brings her to Moladion once again. She is quite aware that she is nine, going on ten, years old and she has never had the desire to have offspring. The thought of such leaves an absolutely horrid taste in her mouth, causing her to shake her head. Stella had never imagined herself to be the one to cuddle up to some male, much less have some sort of dysfunctional family with one. It was absurd. Yet, winter was approaching rapidly and here she was in the midst of so many hormone driven males. Could her instinct truly betray her own ideals? Her anger began to simmer at the thought of such. No, she would not succumb to the tamed life of motherhood.

Her paw steps across a limb and snaps it, that of which she would not have ever even noticed until the voice of a young child spoke up. Pale blue eyes blinked once as Stella looked to her right to see the ashen coated pup, its color like a beacon on this darkest of nights. She can feel it, that soft uproar of her friends beginning as it comes rushing in like a tidal wave. They are lusting for the excitement of another quarrel or perhaps a slaughtering. But Stella is not the one to eat little children for absolutely no reason; she is no Tobias. She may have aided him in his meals simply because she enjoyed the adrenaline, but she could never partake. At least.. not unless they deserved it. "Your mother would warn you otherwise, kid." She growled as she began to walk further up the cliff, unwanting of any posse that would come charging out of nowhere to save their precious little baby from the jaws of Tobias' accomplice. "If you had any sense at all you wouldn't be out alone. Do you not know who I am?" She spoke gruffly, barely turning her head to the child as she continued. The hulking beauty did not believe that one so young would really know who she was, she had been gone for some time now and did not stay for too long when she was around to make trouble.

Her demons were angry; they were retaliating for her ignorance of their desires. For now, she suppressed them quietly.
