IT'S OKAY FOR YOU TO HATE ME

It's okay for you to hate me
For all the things i've done
I've made a few mistakes,
But i'm not the only one

Being a man that traveled the islands continuously lately Lyden smiled when she offered she challenge. Much like her he bounded into the ocean and began to follow behind her knowing that even if she were to beat him she’d have to tell him her name, at least he hoped. Even so Lyden followed her for a little while before he took his usual short cut. A part of him didn’t want too because there was a chance she could slip away and disappear out of his life just as quickly as she came into it. However, Lyden wasn’t a man to live in fear and continued on his path until his feet finally felt the soft sand beneath him and he pulled himself from the sea.

Shaking his entire body and allowing a groan to escape his lips Lyden’s icy blue spheres searched over the shore for any signs of her. The sea though was quiet and there was no trace’s in the sand. Wondering if she had gone into forest Lyden moved forward in a little jump forcing his tired limbs to carry him along the forest’s edge until he reached a rock where he could jump down. Most didn’t take this route either however he felt as though it kept him fit and ready for whatever would be thrown his way.

Pausing in trees Lyden didn’t smell her nor see her and so he turned to stare out into the sea through the trees and began to wait. She however was pulling herself from the sea and moving towards him. She did not take the normal route which intrigued him and her path was much like his own. Lyden didn’t realize that this nameless girl who was so intoxicating knew not only how to get here but knew her way around. And as she came into where he was he moved away from the trees. Coming up to her he nickered and flicked his ears forward while blowing out through his nose as he touched her own. ”it seems as though you’re just as mysterious as the forest itself” he smiled ”I believe I won your proposal love” shifting Lyden looked over his own that didn’t look so gloomy and empty all of the sudden.

He knew he wanted to introduce her to the rest of the herd immediately and then hopefully get some more time alone to get to know all the things about her that made her so insanely attractive. But as he turned his body and wanted to lead her deeper into his home he allowed his eyes to trace back to her elegant face. ”now will you please relieve this poor man of his despair and tell me your name”
