Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

Despite all her attention - and affections - having been focused on Rogue, it seemed that there had been a particular itch that even the sharpest of claws could not suffice. It was like a flea, except it moved under her skin and, well, nothing could drown it. It had begun some time ago, really, when she had heard that particular cry ring out from Spirane. Spirane had been particularly noisy, actually. Even in Glorall, she had been able to hear oh so many howls come from the north. Maybe that had been what was bothering her but why? Really, Spirane didn't matter to her. Or did it? She... had to think of that grey devil when she thought of the mountain, after all.

Whatever the case, she felt inclined to at least find out what exactly was eating away at her own mind. Each time she attempted to consider the possibilities, images of Sleekwing continued to reappear. He had lived in Spirane, after all, so perhaps it had been his cry she had heard in the distance? Just the mere thought of such a thing... bothered her. It bothered her so much so that she left the borders of Glorall, nose to the ground and mind fixated on the grey male. She never thought she'd admit it but for now, she was thankful to have remembered his scent; how could she not? It had struck her like lightning the day she had met him. It was hardly like she needed the scent though... she could practically feel him in the air as she loped through the free lands, becoming more and more frustrated by the lack of his discovery.

Until, of course, she sighted something that struck too many chords within her to ignore. In the haze of the crashing falls, she spied the familiar form of he who she sought sprawled out by its mouth. For a moment, she merely paused to stare up at him with narrowed eyes, huffing in agitation. So, he had been calling out to her, had he? It only made sense that she found him so easily because of it. Still, she could not help but feel... weird. Yes, weird. It was like something was missing within her and yet, something new was there too. Whatever it was, it made her uncomfortable.

With a sharp, gruff bark, she leaped atop one of the nearby boulders, slowly following suit until she was closer to his location. Still, she couldn't get to him considering he took up the whole damn rock but... it was close enough. Despite her desire to be closer, she refused to do so in fear of offending Rogue. Regardless, she had to be there at least. So, she took the next best thing: standing a few feet away, staring up at him with a quizzical look as she observed the seemingly lost, vacant stare. Had he lost part of his mind or something? She'd never seen a face like it... or had she? There was a vague image of Heyel in the back of her mind, clouded by smoke and fire. Sadness. She saw sadness.

"You've been calling out to me for days. I'm here now.... but, uh..."

She hesitated, rocking slowly back and forth atop her paws in anticipation. She'd never been good at these situations, particularly when her gut seemed to roll and twist in nervousness and anxiety.

"But are you here?"
