There was a certain measure of serenity found in the opportunity of being capable of setting out alone into the free lands of Moladion. He had done it once before when many others had gathered for a massive hunting group and he was doing so again just for the sake of saying that he had.

It was quite enjoyable to feel the different terrains beneath his paws, to sense the changes in climate and the way in which the wind shifts each time he crosses into a new region of his world. Exhilarating, actually. He did not know of where it was that he was heading on this rather warm winter afternoon but he appeared to know exactly just that. His movements were not unsure or faltering in any manner as he trekked through the open fields and across the river that divides Glorall and Diveen. He allows his ears and nose to lead him further form the civility of packs and order as he now enters the rocky realm of the crags, skirting around the outer corners of the lake that is fed from the falls that dot the rocky slopes. The sound of the bubbling brooks and crashing waterscapes lead him further onward and upward into the crags as he found sure footing along the less steeper of the sides.

Soon enough, he had completed his ascent and discovered a rather suitable area to rest and find a piece of relaxation far from the reaches of anyone else. It was not that Haziel did not enjoy the company of others, he had grown up within the largest pack in Moladion, and yet that is the reason why he seeks such solace in solitude. Finding the time and place to be alone and in silence was a difficult treasure to find in the depths of the ravine and so he is grateful for the chance to find his own heaven away from all else.

As he approached closer and closer to the running water, the feeling that he was not quite alone began to creep up his spine and soon enough a scrambling sound exploded from the south as the bounding form of another was heard running rampant across the rocky surface and into the falls. He pauses in his slow movement as he assesses the situation, inky ears perking forward and blinded blue and golden eyes searching in the midst of the dark abyss for the one who intruded upon his brief moment of repose. He remained still as he listened for the stranger’s movement, but it seemed that they were to remain in the current of the water that flowed down the cliff face.

“What is your name?” He inquired with his voice strong despite the sliver of unease that rose in the pit of his stomach. He began to step forward again as he headed closer to the sound of the rushing water, unsure of who or what was standing in the thick of it, yet fear of the unseen does not grip him as it once had when he was younger. He was strong - and guided by the Great Spirit he could not falter.
