She had seen a mare that was somewhat similar to herself in color. A grullo though; she was quite a bit more silver. There was some Rabicano in there too. Intriguing and she found herself catching sight of the stranger again. Clearly one of the herd mares but not one that Fantazer had met yet. So the grullo paint found herself heading right toward Aurelia. There's a smile on her lips and a light air about her. A soft nicker from her lips and those nostrils of hers are flaring as she draws closer to the mare.
Fantazer shows no hesitation or worry about this mare. Clearly Lyden's scent is upon her and this has the grullo at ease. Her ears flick and swivel toward the painted mare and she's smiling still. Her rich brown eyes light and warm toward this stranger though; she is a herd mate. "Hi there!" The words are soft and sweet. Her expression is gentle; delighted at the chance of having yet another companion.
"I'm Fantazer but you're welcome to call me Fanta if you want." She grins a little here and flicks her silky tail along her hocks. Her eyes faltering never from this mare in front of her. "I can't say as I've met you yet but I've seen you around. I'm not really new myself but I guess, I was exploring a little too much and got carried away with that." She regretted as much and it would never happen again. She wants to be close with these mares and doesn't believe that a herd should be too far apart. She's a family sort of girl and she always has been. Fantazer just needs to start showing all of them that she so desperately wants to be a part of their family. Mares were supposed to be close; to stick together right? Well, if they were kin anyway. These were Lyden's girls too but she was missing one.
Where was Skylar? Hadn't Lyden mentioned that mare and her son? Where were they? It puzzles Fantazer a bit and has her slightly worried. Was Skylar okay and what about the kid? Wouldn't he be nearly an adult now or perhaps he was one? She's worried but the scents are not so stale that they are long gone. No, she's smelled them but not so recent. They are not in the Forest right now at least and this does trouble her. She'll have to figure that out later on. Right now though; her focus is on Aurelia and her curiosity is strong. Replies:
