-----Zhenya knew the buckskin mare would eventually come to her. She had with all the other newcomers - it was only a matter of time before they met or ran into each other and were forced to speak. Zhenya is relaxing beneath one of the large willows in the Forest's clearing, napping on and off, when she notices the buckskin looking her way and then, moments later, coming her direction with her foal in tow.

-----Zhenya eyes the buckskin mare as she approaches, an expression of mirth falling upon her face. This was the mare she had seen before, greeting newcomers and chatting up the other members of the herd. Zhenya had watched her from afar, once or twice, noting how she made her dominance clear. Surprisingly, she does not find herself annoyed with this; she has no interest in being a dominant mare here. After all, it's very likely one day she will leave and not bother to return.

-----The mare stops before her, correctly stating her name. "Yes." the buckskin responds, reaching out to brush noses with her. She draws back, dark eyes shifting down towards the foal by her side as the mare speaks, introducing herself. "Jormungandr." She murmurs, tries the foreign name out, letting it roll off her tongue. It's an odd word, but she manages to say it with ease. "Nice to meet you. You have a pretty child. What is his name?" Zhenya turns her gaze back to the mare's face, shifting her weight and tucking her left rear hoof up slightly. Dark tail swishes against her hindquarters, swatting away the annoying flies and gnats that tried to bite at her flesh. "Are you Lyden's queen, then?"
