This day started with a deluge and became promising with sun. On the Carden plain all yellow and white, a surge of blue weed a.k.a. Viper's bug loss, has begun. Prairie smoke gives way, as this lavender like sea begins to take our breath away with its growing intensity. (from Mark Spurr)
