septic and dirt

Bullett - a man in the audience at last night's meeting shouted something about a "septic system" and the Brillo case. If he brought it up. Can Mary explain this comment? Why didn't she or Mr Hanlon present this evidence before the public? Why an outside person? Councilman Lou said something about dirt which Brillo said "he supplied all the dirt". Why wasn't this info corrected before the meeting. Now I know why you get frustrated. Totally disorganized approach by Lou and Mary.

You where right about the pictures. The town's lawyer should know that the pictures would help the public feel the case upon which the elected people would bounce off of before making a decision.
