Nice bundle of pictures. How long has it been now since Tim retired? Seven years? For me it was a great time of hope - especially in the late 1990s - for the first time in my conscious memory we had a male tennis player at the top tier. It also got me playing tennis which I still do every week at my local club. So Henners had quite an impact on my life.
I also think Henners took some of pressure from Murray. There was less expectation for Andy's early years because Tim had not quite delivered a grandslam despite being top 4 so we had kinda gotten used to the joy of a top player but we were not assuming it would come automatically for Andy.
