I saw a moose calf down by the far fence line alongside the Cameron Ranch Trail on Friday July 18 around noon - no sign of the mother anywhere tho'. Did you see the calf on the 11 or the 18 - if it was the latter, it might have been the same calf - very young. I have photos of it.
