In her excitement at having finally perhaps met some friends, Harle did not think to pay attention to controlling the volume of her voice. She is quickly reminded however when the young colt shushes her and her proud little head drops a degree or two in apology as a quick glance is given in the direction of the adults. None have seen to notice the trio for the time being and even mother herself, the reclusive solitary silver mare is deep in conversation with a group of other adults.

"Sorry" she whispers letting her small cupped ears fall in a submissive manner before lifting once more excitedly as the other black and white filly spoke up and spun off with encouragement for them to follow. Despite her momentarily reservation that her outburst of a greeting might warrant her to receive a quick dismissal, she is quite elated to see the other black and white girl pausing here and there to ensure that not only the colt but she herself was following as well... And who was Harle to deny the opportunity to make new friends and perhaps find themselves in a bit of mischief?

Excitement swelled in her soul as my little two toned girl kicked up her heels and launched into a light jog, following eagerly in the direction in which the other filly led. Once they were clearly out of sight and hearing range of the adults the other girl pauses the group and turns to greet and address them with as much excitement as Harlequin herself feels. The girl called herself Stardust and Harlequin made a mental note to ask her later how she came about her name... hell for that matter she ought to ask mother how she came up with her own name!

Wind tattered locks fall haphazardly across both sides of her sleek neck as my little two toned girl lifts her own head proudly, silver blue eyes glittering in excitement, "Nice to meet you Stardust... I am Harlequin... I thought I was the only filly in the Bay too! Then again mother never did like company so we spent most of our time here but well... not here." she continues pausing for a moment to take a breath, her growing tail flicking back and forth in the same manner as an excited puppy when its master returns home, "What about you?" she asks the colt, turning her attention momentarily towards him, "I haven't seen you around before..."
