Just checked my email - summer day-bite is poor - but under Dream bridge is the best spot for Crappie on non-busy weekdays.
Saugeye will move shallow to feed after midnight to dawn. The katfish, karp & bluegills usually always bite. Sorry it's summertime & even the Bass anglers are doing poor on the day-bite... Warm water and plenty of easy food, so most fish avoid the day-bite & stuff there bellies when peace & cooler water returns to IL's surface at night...
