Here you can post questions, comments or concerns for the Global Mods. This is where you need to post to officially put yourself on away. If you are going to be away from the site or unable to post regularly for an extended period of time, you may go on away for up to one month, during which your characters will be protected from things like battles, raids and escapes. After this you and your characters will be considered inactive, and you will need to rejoin should you return.

For the sake of clarity, please clearly state 'away' or 'semi-away' in the subject line of your post, and make a new post stating 'back' on your return. While you are away you cannot post in-character, and any in-character posts will be classed as you returning and your characters will no longer be protected from that point.

You may also let us know here that you are 'semi-away', meaning posts from you will be slow, but all normal rules still apply to you.

If you wish to quit the game, please leave us a message here to let us know, though be aware that any characters without lineage (i.e. those who were not born or bred in-game) will be deleted from the Members page. All other characters will be listed as inactive unless you request for them to be deleted.

As we have said before, and as Shiva mentioned, while several players have expressed a desire for more territories we just do not see enough competition for the current ones to warrant opening more at this time. They would no doubt sit inactive and claimable on and off.

For Example:
Since the start of 2014 - that's 8 months ago now - there have been only 3 challenges for territory. Of those 3, 1 was invalid, so there have been only 2 battles for territory in the past 8 months. Up until Maslakhat's challenge on 1st August there had been only a single battle for territory this year.

The Ridge, the Dunes, the Desert and the Prairie do not have second stallions. While not all of these may want one, the Ridge and the Prairie at least have slots open for them on the HTML. The Paradise was also only just claimed.

Getting a territory shouldn't always be as easy as posting 'claim'. If you don't want to battle, or that's not your character's thing, that's fine, but you need to be prepared to wait as long as it takes for someone else to give somewhere up.

If I were to see even just 1 battle a month or so, and more stallions sticking around for longer than a couple of months, then I would be much more receptive to the idea of opening more boards.

I also agree with what Shiva said - the whole point of the Falls is that they are a place where everyone is safe and welcome. I could understand a character being intimidated by the Common, or the Meadow if they were a mare, but not the Falls.

We are currently discussing the issue of homeless stallions and claiming mares, so we will report back to you later to clarify on that.
