Hi All

Looking forward to seeing everyone this Saturday ,hope everyone's training is going well ,we have shirts for the first 80 to register ,awards with some nice prizes following race and there will be showers available at the fit-plex up stairs at the arena , fee is $30 and you can pre register friday evening from 6-8 upstairs at the arena if you wish.
also if you can or wish to help at water stations please go to the start on the morning of the race.
