. CHARITABLE ADVERTISING on Web Site
There are many worthwhile charitable causes in existence, but we can only accept sponsorship or fundraising efforts on Fusilier Association websites, that specifically support approved Fusilier charities.
This essentially means that it is acceptable to use these pages to seek sponsorship for The Fusiliers Aid Society (which includes Fallen Fusiliers), and The Fusilier Memorial fund only.
We now have our own dedicated justgiving site (http://www.justgiving.com/fusiliersaidsociety), which you can use to help raise money for your cause. If you let RHQ (Asst Regt Sec) know the specific cause you are raising money for, it will be directed to the correct fund.
Messages soliciting sponsorship for causes or charities other than the Fusilier ones mentioned above should not be placed on the message board and may be removed by the Webmaster.

ANNUAL REGIMENTAL SERVICE- SUNDAY 12th OCTOBER 2014
We hope you will be able to attend the Annual Regimental Service on Sunday 12th October 2014 at 3.00 pm in St Mary’s Church, Warwick. The service will be conducted by the Rector, the Reverend Doctor Vaughan Roberts in the presence of Colonel Peter Merriman and guests which will include the Lord Lieutenant of Warwickshire, High Sheriff of Warwickshire, the Mayor and Council of Warwick. The Reverend David Brown who is the Vicar of St Michael’s Church Budbrooke will give the address. The church will open at 2.00 pm and as only a small number of seats will be reserved, you are advised to be seated before 2.45 pm.
The service will be followed by a march past by members of the Regimental Association, the Warwickshire Band, a detachment from the Warwickshire ACF and Warwick School CCF. The route will be Northgate Street, Church Street, High Street, Swan Street, the Market Square, Old Square, falling out in Northgate Street. Medals and regimental head-dress should be worn as appropriate.
Following the march past, afternoon tea will be served to members of the Association and their guests in the Guy Nelson Hall of Warwick School by kind permission of the Headmaster. Tea will be served from 4.30 pm at a subsidised cost of £5.00 per head. Members of branches should bid through their Branch Secretaries for tea tickets; other association members and Officers should apply direct to St John’s House. Please complete the attached proforma. To save on postage and printing costs tickets will NOT be sent out this year, and names will be listed on door for verification. There will be acknowledgements by email only.
Entry to the tea is by prepayment only and please note that payment will not be taken at the door.
