This is your life and it's ending one minute at a time

Mera did not pause in her wanderings, but she did start to take in her surroundings. The rigid rocks looked harsh compared to the soft vegetation of the beach she was use too. It made her curious nature spark, but it did not flare bright enough for her to become completely interested. She was wrapped in too much grief herself for the loss of family and the feeling of abandonment. Perhaps the rigid rocks would be something to learn from. To stand strong and not let anything cut through her. Mera had nearly made up her mind when the approach of another startled her away from her thoughts and her golden eyes quickly latched onto the only life she had seen in quite some time.

“hello” Mera greeted although took one step back as she ducked her head a little shyly. Never in her life had the roan girl been shy but there was always a first for everything. With her world so messed up she wasn’t quite sure how to act, or if she would be welcome in this territory. But as she glanced up at him the stallion did not seem mad. Perhaps there wasn’t a need to be shy.

“No…. I’m not lost.” She answered before giving him a small smile. How ironic for her to say when she was so lost she wasn’t quite sure how to be found. “My name is Mera, daughter of Xina and Sahin. May I ask what your name is?”
