Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

She has followed him, followed him to this place though where he is she knows not. It is the first time she has caught his scent since her return to this place, and the eagerness shows in her thick white tail, wonderfully arched across her back. It waves as she goes, her sunburst eyes of violet and yellow searching the area quickly for any sign of him. He must be grown now, just as she, but he has to look pretty much the same. Right? That was what had happened to her, after all. Full adult she might be, but she still retained the black dip of her stomach, chest, jaw, and tip of her muzzle; just as her crimson freckles had never faded. Iophiel knew what he looked like, in this world and the next, and she was determined to find him. She also knew his scent, and this would help her to find him. Very much so.

Pale, white paws keep their silence as she moves beneath the growing moonlight; for this night was one graced with a lovely, plump full moon, giving more than enough light to the general area for her to search. She hoped it would not take her long to find him, but, only he could really be the judge of that. Not once had the thought crossed her mind that he may not remember her- of course he remembered her. He had to. They were friends, after all. And friends never forgot friends, no matter how much time had passed. Lowering her slender, black and white muzzle to the earth, Iophiel took her time pin pointing his scent once more to find him. Glancing up when she thought she might be close, her voice called out to him, soft and feminine and strange with her vague accent. "Burd?" It was the only name she had for him, therefore, the only name to find him by. She had thought she heard telltale signs of another nearby, but she could not be certain. There were many creatures in the night that lurked about, and any one of them could be him, just as any one of them could not be him. The forgotten angel could only wait, watch, and wonder, allowing the outcome to be decided by Fate, whichever way it might choose.
