THOUGH Elexzra’s ears flicked back at the sudden appearance of the painted colt, she soon lightened up which in turn eased any tension the spotted boy was carrying. He could easily see why she had such trouble maintaining her composure while Amity’s face was such a picture. He snorted amusedly as his daughter turned to quiz the black mare about what the colt was; he supposed it was a reasonable question given that she’s never seen another foal before. A small smirk crossed his lips as Elexzra refused to answer and merely pushed their daughter forward to find out for herself. When her gaze found him, she seemed to gain a little more clarity though who knew how much she truly understood.

THE spotted boy could practically hear the gears frantically turning in the young foals’ little heads as they tried to make sense of the situation and each other. The boy probably had a little more experience, more than likely having encountered at least some Soljor’s other foals while Amity had met none. The painted boy made a valiant effort to explain the situation.

SHIFTING his gaze toward Stardust, she seemed more subdued than he normally saw her, more hesitant. It wasn’t entirely unexpected, she’d obviously been entrusted with the care of her little brother and wouldn’t want to cause any trouble that her father could catch wind of. He imagined she might also worry about the boy getting hurt on her watch. With Magnus here however, the mantle of responsibility fell on him. Magnus would have told her it was good for both of the foals to interact with each other, but she was soon distracted by Jedi’s antics.
