Shivershade was not quite as flamboyant as others might believe him to be. In this moment his relaxed pose cannot be bothered to be changed. No need to strut before the dark female like a peacock, after all, she has come to his summons. Clearly she was interested in some conversation or company though she made it seem quite clear that she was bored. Why come in the first place then? Ah well, it was all good. He would not be going out of his way to please her - it wasn't like she was his mate. And if he DID have a mate then she would know that there would be an alpha and a beta, and he would always, always, be alpha. Yet looking at her serene figure he is given to think that perhaps it wouldn't be so bad to try and subdue her. Shiv could almost bet that Dessa had a fiery spirit beneath that dark coat...

The sound of paws brushing against the stony ground draws his attention from her just as her's is drawn from him. Chocolate and gold eyes turn towards the newcomer, Magena, and he offers her the same appreciative once over as he did with Dessa. Her colors are not so original, true, but they are striking just the same, and in her he can almost sense the warrior wanting to be uncaged. Shiv licks his lips, ears falling back as he eyes her in a predatory manner, yet she remains silent and it is then another set of paws catches his attention.

Now his gaze turns to Gracelynn Zest with her similar coloring as Magena, noting the skinniness of her body and the way she seems to keep a fair distance away. She is the weakest of the group, easy to spot, easy to kill. Lucky for her Shiv is not one to indulge in the darker carnal pleasures of some wolves. Killing the weak was easy enough to do but she bothered him not one whit. He squints as he locks eyes with her. Were her eyes silver or was she blind? With this quandary in his head he doesn't realize Dessa has resumed her watching of him until she speaks.

Shivershade cannot help the resultant smirk to cross his dark maw as she declares him a stone cold killer, his own eyes twinkling in a mean kind of humor as he looks at her. Eying her, a silent threat. There was a little spark in her then. "Perhaps you are right, button, she does look a bit... skinny. Yet she will have to come forth to claim her gift," he replies smoothly, turning his gaze once more back on Gracelynn Zest, wondering if she would meet his dare with courage.

In a quick aside he glances at Magena with a wicked grin. "Sorry, darling, it seems you didn't even get a vote. Perhaps for a kiss I'd catch you a mouse for your own," he jests, his eyes seeming to grow deeper, quite happy in the fact he was surrounded by all the females.
