ONLY THE STRONG WILL SURVIVE

M A G N U S
MAGNUS was often putting his hoof in his mouth by voicing his thoughts aloud but he believed that was better than not saying what was on your mind. He believed in honesty and that it is silly to skirt around things and make issues where there are none. Life is too short to wonder about things which can easily be answered with a simple question. If the mare had lived this long with little to no sight then talking about it should be as little an issue as the problem itself. The spotted boy extended his muzzle to meet hers, taking what information he could from their exchange of breaths before she began to answer his question. ”That doesn't sound much different than the rest of us” he noted lightheartedly though he knew it would be much more difficult to do any of that without sight.

THE mare went on to say that she could see sometimes, but not very well even when she could. The bald faced boy thought that sounded like a poor way to live but she obviously got by just fine. He snorted softly, thinking over what it must be like though he couldn't imagine it. ”Has it always been that way?” he asked, thinking that it would be better to never know what you are missing than having such an important sense taken away from you.
