Quietly the grulla Pony King grazes, with every few minutes he would raise his thick head high onto his muscled neck. Ochre eyes scan the waves for intruders, this time of the year, he chose to stay near the other ocean shores. Warily watching for stallions who would try to enter the Inlet, unannounced in hopes to whisk away one of his mares into the ocean. A cold wind gusts down from the craggy mountain peaks, he pushes his hindquarters into the wind. He huddles deeper into the growing winter coat, he knew shortly that the Inlet would be covered in a layer of snow. Fall on Tinuvel, usually quickly transformed into winter. A snort exits his nostril.
He raises his dark colored head once again, chewing quietly on the grasses. He squints, his eyes searching the cresting waves. A pair of horses, swim against the waves. His instantly pins his ears into his mess of ebony tresses...So this was the first time he had two intruders into the Inlet. So one stallion was not enough? He sets off at a lope, mulling over the options that he had laid out before him. He knew that he had to chase these intruders from his ashen sandy shores. As he nears the shores, his eyes catch sight of Freya. What was she up to? Shortly after he catches her scent, a familiar one reaches his dark nostrils. Sigrun!
Yet, he was confused. Why was she being brought here? He slows, gathering his wits about him. He strolls forward, his dark head high on his shoulders. He eyes the pair, recognizing Rade from an earlier encounter. "Rade. What brings you to the Inlet?" His tone was serious, he knew that there were other plans besides just bringing Sigrun home. He knew that Rade was a sucker for deals and trades. He flicks a single ear in the direction of Freya, who was she whispering too? He did not swivel his head to find out, whoever it was, he would deal with them later.
