Where’s the one I seek for me
Out there cloaked in mystery
If you'd grasp my out-stretched hand
Accept my love, fulfill my plan
I hear the shadows of my room
Tell me that my dreams won’t bloom.
Light’s my friend it helps me see
That you're by me, like it should be
Oh no, you’re floating out of sight
I’m swallowed up by inner fright
I clutch at what the shadows hide
