This is my Fate.
Haziel shifted in his den dark fur shoved far in the back catching up on some well-earned rest. For the last few days he had been spending his time showing Viserys the herbs of Asteraia as well as the ones out in the free lands. Herbs useful for treating females who were giving birth or in pain or having any form of trouble, though he lacked the hands on experience yet to really be actually useful in an emergency. Time, time was what it would take to teach the boy what he needed to know to succeed in this, but even then his own, issue, was something Haziel took particual interest in as he thought maybe with the right combination of herbs and food perhaps it would be as if he was normal. Time again Haziel, time he would have to take on his own to figure out what things he could put together without potentially killing the boy, though in colder months he would be, sadly, without anything Haziel might be able to put together.
Not today though and not now. A smell most familiar to him was on his nose, not that of a particular wolf but more of an action coming around. Birth, labor, but not of one of the females he knew and expected to be tending to this birthing season. Curiosity bit him when he could smell the mountains upon the fur of them, and he brought himself to rise grabbing his badger pelt pack filled to the brim with prepared herbs that he and Viserys had so carefully collected the following days before, though some were from his own past stores. The hulking black form moved out of the den and out into the fields of Asteraia he was in no rush, the scent was not over powering thus far meaning the birth was mostly going well. Today was the day Viserys would be getting his first lesson.
The black and crimson male followed his nose so easily locating the boy wherever he had gone with his keen senses. ”Viserys, we may be needed by some strangers birthing here. I would like you to come.” He says before turning making his way quickly back towards the scent of the birthing that was likely in its final phases. He paused before the den that was thick with the scent gold and blue gaze ear twitching as he listens to the voices and small pup cries from within. ”Friends of the Mountain, I am Haziel Alchemist, healer of Asteraia along with my Student, Prince Viserys, do you need any help?” The brute asks, for he wasn’t summoned he simply came but he would happily help those within if requested.
