Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

There were days he wondered if it was all worth it, watching her in pain an agony feeling her body heat up like fire, it was overwhelming sometimes. Would it have been easier just to have let those beasts take her quickly rather than to watch her slowly ebb away as she was? Still though some part of him couldn’t bare that, he brought her what she needed to live. It was annoying and felt strangly good at the same time providing for her. If it was anyone else, but maybe Viora, he would have left her to die long ago. Her cries for her mother though… They sickened him. He didn’t know a mother’s love or care, he only knew he got what he needed and was kicked out, nearly literally, into the world. Each time she did it sent him into a panic before he had to stop himself from growling. She loved her mother, but she shouldn’t love her. She should have hated her, or at least was impassive to her as he was to his own.

None of this though stopped him from doing what he was doing. Viora said she would help kill those two bastards that touched her and he planned on hunting them down with her someday. He swore it. They did this to her. They caused this. And after what felt like years finally the heat wore off. Even then though he couldn’t coax her to eat much to his displeasure. The whole experience was just awful and their fault. So constantly he was near now, for he would not leave her in an even more pathetic state than she had been upon their first meeting. As frustrating as it was to him he couldn’t tear himself away, not now at least. So by her side she stayed until the day she finally seemed to recover.

When she got up that day demanding fresh water he was happy that finally she got up and demanded for something from him rather than him trying to shove it down her throat. He looked over at her, white and poison green eyes setting on her for a moment as she seemed to get herself back up on to his paws and he was right behind her, ever scowling or neutral in visage he only really followed behind her a little ways silent just watching her as she walks across the borders and into the free lands. He was constantly alert an aware as the terrain changed and became more hostile and rocky. He didn’t care where she went right now just so long as he trailed behind her.

As she thanked him he gave a grunt rolling his white splotched shoulders. Watching her as she lays on the ground wondering if that’s really a good idea why they are here in the open. He looked away then again when she said she would clean his den. ”Did it look clean when you first came?” He said gruffly, ”Don’t worry about it, I don’t stay there enough to care.” He stated, then looking at her again, ”What are you wanting to do now? Go home? You live in that flat ass place right?” He asked. Would she leave now? Part of him would like that, but the other part hated that idea that she might go of and get herself killed somehow. He would see though he didn’t want her to be weak and pathetic forever he had to teach her something so that if he couldn’t get there in time she could save herself.

Look into my eyes;
It's where my demons hide.
