Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

what a wicked game to play

what a wicked thing to do to let me dream of you

Fiero had seen the pair of horses arrive, but they had yet to see him, and he would have liked to keep it that way if it wasn't for his mother's words ringing in his head. Promise me you won't live a lonely life, she had murmured in his ear one morning. He could have ignored her ramblings, but he loved his mama and promised her. Fiero had to be social and go to these new creatures in his home, or else he'd be a liar in his mothers eyes; wherever she may be. A long sigh escapes him as he draws away from the shadows, slipping with ease through the trees toward the horses when the older one calls out. He might as well greet them while he was in the area.

"Benvenuto", he smoothly says in his mother's language, flicking his tail against his pale sides as he comes to stand in front of the men; hardly caring if they understood him or not. His golden orbs look over the younger of the two before looking to the stallion who carried a familiar scent to him. Fiero slightly narrows his eyes as Sicily flashes through his mind, but he gives his head a shake at the thought that the stallion knew of his missing mother. Perhaps the pale boy missed her so much he was starting to smell her on everything.

"I'm Fiero," he decides to introduce himself, hoping he seemed friendly enough, to distract his troubled thoughts. He looks at both of the stallions now, "what can the lagoon do for you today?".

what a wicked thing to say you've never felt this way
