Conquistador has not officially joined the Lagoon or relinquished his claim to Paradise yet.

edit: to clarify, the deal has been agreed upon by both parties, but as per the Braylen thread below, Conquistador does return to Paradise after for a final visit. Conq's claim will be relinquished when that thread concludes, and then he will officially join the Lagoon.
